Okay, you have the computers. Now, how do you set them up? How do you install the software? How do you keep them running? When and what upgrades do you need? What is a plug in? All good questions. In the best of all worlds, we would have a technology support person at our elbow fixing things and guiding us through. But we know that this usually isn't feasible.
