for Abused and Neglected Children's principal mission is to enable

The website provides information on child abuse, shaken baby syndrome,
gangs, and tips for kids and parents.

Assault Prevention Project This article gives suggestions
for ways that parents and caregivers can help prevent physical and
sexual assault of young children. The author suggests that children
can be empowered with knowledge and skills that may prevent an assault
by an adult. The article also provides additional references on child
abuse.
- Parents Anonymous,
Inc. This is the Web site of Parents Anonymous, a national
organization dedicated to strengthening families and preventing child
abuse. The site includes articles and tips on parenting and a listing
of local support groups.
