To improve the life prospects of this generation and the next — and, in particular, to reduce child poverty — by influencing cultural values and building a more effective grassroots movement, the Campaign has adopted a five-pronged strategy:

Enlist the help of the media.
Support and stimulate state and local action.
Lead a national discussion on the role of religion, culture, and public values in an effort to build common ground.
